Vitamin String Quartet’s story

Musicians Vitamin String Quartet have kindly donated the use of their version of Oasis song Don’t Look Back in Anger to the We Love Manchester Emergency Fund.

The organisation, based in Los Angeles, were pleased to help by allowing the fund to use their string version of the hit, written by Manchester-born Noel Gallagher (who has already kindly granted permission for his composition to be used), in videos created by the charity.

The first video to feature the song can be seen below:

Vitamin String Quartet is a series of string projects developed and produced by CMH Label Group, an independent record company based in Los Angeles. The CMH team works with an ever-evolving cast of arrangers, producers, string players and other creatives to bring each project to life.

The VSQ have covered plenty of Manchester acts aside from Oasis, including The Smiths.

Big thanks to our friends across the pond.
